We are preventing over millions of pounds of linen from going into landfills this year while cutting our zero waste partners costs. We are partnering with dozens of hospitality general managers to reduce their total linen cost. We accomplish this joint initiative in three ways:
Our Zero Waste General Managers Only Pay for Results
Based upon a recent survey of our hospitality zero waste partners, prior to retaining our services, their linen loss was running around 12% on average. After the first season with our service, linen loss is now being reported at an average of around 4%. We fully anticipate you will see similar results. Your actual results may vary from this next line item example based on your actual linen cost and linen weight.
On average a dozen sheets cost our hospitality General Managers $167.64. We can reclaim them for $27.00 making the savings to our zero waste partner $140.64 for this one line item.
The linen we were not able to reclaim were sent to Goodwill to be recycled and no cost our Zero Waste to Landfill partner.
Our Zero Waste Partners House Keeping Operation Becomes More Efficient
Your wash water becomes cleaner if heavily soiled and stained linen is isolated from normal wash loads. Thus the balance of your linen will stay cleaner and brighter longer and actually decrease your lien loss and linen that need to be rewashed.
Removing stained linen from the wash also increases the capacity available to wash your normal loads. This is effectively adding infinite capacity on an as needed basis to your facility for July 5th when all are partners are booked solid with-out taking up space for an additional machine.
We save your labor. Our technicians go through a vigorous training process with our engineer to learn various stain removal techniques. Each piece is hand inspected and spotted with one of eight proprietary formulas. Our longer wash cycle is followed by two inspections, One prior to going into the dryer. The final during the folding process. The detergents and labor cost is double to triple your typical in house wash processes.
Our Zero Waste General Manager Partners Enjoy Increased Cost Control
Included in your price is a piece count by line item. We count your linen in three categories, clean, stained and damaged so that you can track your linen loss accurately. Additionally, you do not need to keep an inventory of stain removers. The reality is ALL stain removers on the market work on a limited number of stains. In order to obtain comparable results to ours, your staff would need eight spotters and four detergents and know how to properly apply them. Our proprietary blends are custom designed by our engineer to remove 90% of the stains our zero waste partners on the beach experienced last year. These include sun tan oil, foundation make up, grass, bodily fluids, food stains including Pizza and much more.
Save time, space, labor, lower inventory and decrease your linen loss
Our customized small batch system now removes over 80% of the known stains, thereby giving each of our zero waste partners similar results as stated above. We keep getting better and continue to strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
We guarantee to Reduce Your Linen Loss by 50% and deliver your clean linen on time. In a few minutes on our Solutions Page you can ready why our program is so effective.
The only solution to reducing linen loss caused by tough stains is to run small batches of laundry in soft water with custom detergents designed to remove specific soils from specific linens.
Re-Use linen that does come clean, usually about 80%.
We donate line that does not come clean it to Goodwill to be Recycled.
